- Any additional work outside the agreed package will be discussed and approved by the customer prior to being performed.

- Payments are due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance at no charge.
- Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a service call fee.
- In case of unforeseen circumstances (weather, equipment failure, emergencies), we may reschedule your appointment and will notify you promptly.
4. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
- If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours.
- We will review your concern and, if necessary, arrange a follow-up visit to resolve the issue at no extra cost.

5. Dryer Vent Cleaning Policy
- Residential dryer vents are cleaned from the inside only using a forward brush system.
- We do not access or clean vents from rooftops.
- No guarantee is provided for the vent opening or exterior termination point.
- A 7-day workmanship warranty applies from the date of service.
- Any complaints or service requests received after 7 days will be subject to additional charges.
6. Warranty Policy
- A 7-day workmanship warranty applies to both duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning services.
- If you experience issues related to workmanship within 7 days, we will return to address the concern at no additional cost.

7. Scam & Fraud Awareness
We value your trust and want to protect you from fraudulent operators pretending to be duct cleaning companies. Please note:
